1. Provide us with Production Insurance listing Best Bet Camera as loss payee (insurance will be verified. Deductible has to be $500 or under)

2. If no Production Insurance is provide, then a 20% deposit of the value of the equipment is required. The Deposit if FULLY Refunded when the gear is returned. Cash or CC are the only accepted methods of payments for deposit. Insurance is mandatory on any rentals with equipment of over 10k.

Then a simple equipment agreement form along with a filled Terms & Conditions and Credit Card Authorization, and your good to go. Payments
are due upon pickup in either Cash, Check, or Credit Card. CC transactions are subject to 6% CC fee of rental cost. And off you go to bring your project to Life

TERMS & CONDITIONS:
The Renter agrees that they are of sound mind and body and agree to the terms & conditions stated here and in other noted paperwork. Renter agrees that if the items are not returned in perfect working condition then they will pay the cost to repair broken item or fully replace the item in case it can’t be repaired. Anything damaged or missing is subject to continued rental rates until the item is 1. Replaced 2. Repaired. Renter will make that payment to Best Bet Camera. Only a signature from Best Bet Camera can indicate that an item has been returned on time and in perfect working condition. Renter also agrees that the rental of any of Best Bet Camera's equipment will not be used for anything illegal, unlawful, or otherwise unauthorized. If it is it will be solely the Renters responsibility and not that of Best Bet Camera. Desert/Snow/Beach shoots are strictly prohibited. In case of use in Either, you will be responsible for cleaning of any sand/dust/Condensation accumulated in the camera/lens. If you used in these conditions please use a camera bag. Bestbet Camera Rentals is not liable for any corrupted or unrecoverable data/files from your shoot.  Rental Period ends at 11 am on the Return Date. Late fee’s are applied depending on how late the gear is returned. 3 Hour maximum late return after that Full Day Rate applies. Late fee’s are due upon equipment return in either cash or check. Other wise your card will be charged + Processing & Transaction fees will also apply. NOTE: No refunds are given for paid reservations due to cancellations/rescheduling/ or any other unexpected events. In this case a credit will provided for the paid amount. Credit is to be used within 120 days of issue and it’s subject to equipment availability. Please coordinate with best bet camera for credits. No credit will be provided for early returns. Best Bet Camera has 21 business days after equipment return to acknowledge and notify customer of damaged and or missing equipment & 21 business days to diagnose equipment sent out for repair. All equipment must be insured. If no insurance is provided a 20% deposit of the Equipment List Price must be provided before equipment can be rented. Any customer supplying their own insurance must provide us with a certificate of insurance naming Best Bet Camera Rentals as additionally insured/loss payee. Deductible has to be $500 and under, anything higher, a deposit of the difference is mandatory. If you provide your own insurance no deposit is required.We require insurance on ALL orders with equipment valued over $10,000 . Deposits can be made in cash or credit card only.
